Each day we deliver to thousands of customers across the United States from the great state of Georgia. With quality being the top priority for us, from the moment you open the box to the moment the piece ends up on your wall, Steel Roots decor operates with your best interest in mind.

We ship products anywhere within the United States using either USPS or FedEx as shipping providers.

Please be advised PO boxes will not be accepted. PLEASE DO NOT USE PO Boxes!

STOCK (NON-MONOGRAM or CUSTOM) - items in this collection will be PRODUCED and SHIPPED in 3-4 weeks after the order is placed. The fastest in the industry! If the order ONLY contains stock pieces it will be sent in the time above.

Monograms and Custom Pieces - Items typically are PRODUCED AND SHIPPED 5-6 Weeks after the order is placed. If your order contains both stock and custom items, the entire order will be considered a custom order and will ship within that timeline as defined above. In some Extreme cases Monograms, stacked orders can take up to 10-12 weeks to ship (VERY RARE). Please reach out to our customer service if you have any questions!

MULTI UNIT ORDERS CONSISTING OF STOCK AND NON STOCK - Orders in this category take from 5-6 weeks to PRODUCE and SHIP. Please be a rare this will contain a stock and a custom piece or multiple stock and custom pieces.

Fabricated Items (Non-Wall Decor) - All Fabricated items that are not home wall decor such as Horse Feeders, Gates, and any other fabricated items will ship in 3-4 business weeks! These items are made to order and come extremely detailed. Please also allow 2-3 extra weeks in extreme cases where items are backed up.

a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.

b. International Orders
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer International Shipping, however, this is an option that we will be looking into in the near future.

c. Shipping Time
Priority Shipping - Our shipping time is priority shipping but not until the item itself ships. We do have a production period prior to all shipments. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED IT WILL BE SHIPPED IN 2-3 DAYS.

Our shipping method is Priority USPS shipping which is 72-hour shipping. This shipping time does not take place until the item itself ships from our facility. We do have a production period prior to all shipments. Once the item is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS, AND REPLACEMENTS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy/Cancellations

No changes can be made to your order after 7 days of placing an order.

Custom Items/Monograms are non-refundable. We can not allow the cancellation of an item, as all items are made to order. This is nonnegotiable.

Once the order is placed, the color cannot be changed. So please make sure your selection is correct the first time.

You may cancel your whole order and be entitled to a full refund if the order is asked to be canceled in less than 48 hours of purchasing.

If you would like to cancel an order you have 48 hours to do so. If the 48-hour time frame is exceeded and you would like to cancel your order you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to our facility for the return.

Damaged or misspelled pieces. All damaged and misspelled pieces will be replaced with priority production and shipping in 5-7 business days.

If the item is lost in transit OR package does not arrive at destination a one time complimentary replacement will be sent.
